Victoria Henrich is the Founder and President of 5-Star Staffing Solutions. Victoria created the Tampa branch in February 2011 and acquired the branch in June 2015. The company was reimagined and rebranded into to 5-Star Staffing Solutions. For over 20 years, she has served the staffing industry in a unique way – treating both clients and candidates with kindness and respect. One of the skills that Victoria brings to any professional environment is her determination for success. Not only does she strive for personal success but thrives when she promotes success in others and for others also.
Victoria believes 5-Star Staffing Solutions is a superior staffing and human resource provider because clients become partners, even friends, who can always count on superior service, and doing what is right for the people in the equation. Reflecting on what sets her apart, Victoria says, “When you’re in a business so dependent on others to represent you, it’s critical that you are well organized and one step ahead of any issue that may occur. Our clients can focus on other duties, as they know the staffing will get done.” Victoria earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from George Mason University in Virginia and her Masters in Elementary Education from Nova Southeastern University. Both degrees prepared her for the ‘people’ business she’s in today.
Victoria’s personal life is just as all-encompassing and rewarding as her professional life. She is happily married and a mother of five children. She enjoys cooking, Pilates, yoga, and spending time outdoors. Victoria cherishes the most important part of her life, which are the people in it, her family and her friends.

James Henrich is Vice President of 5-Star Staffing Solutions. For over 20 years, he excelled as a dynamic sales and management professional, primarily working in outside sales, business development, and customer service from small start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. James was recognized for exceptional sales performance and exceeding established revenue and profitability goals and was consistently ranked in the top producers for the state of Florida within the highly competitive healthcare field.
He was responsible for expanding his company’s geographical territory into new and untapped markets and displayed the ability to access previously unreachable clients. James’ success in outside sales and business development led to his promotion to a customer operations position, which prepared him for his role today with 5-Star Staffing Solutions. James handles many of the administrative, governmental, and legal behind-the-scenes responsibilities that are crucial to 5-Star Staffing Solutions’ success.
After growing up in Orlando, James graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1993 from the University of Central Florida. James has lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1997 and is married to his beautiful college sweetheart Victoria and is blessed with five wonderful children. James enjoys reading, playing golf, and spending time with his family and friends

Bradley is the Client Relations Specialist here at 5-Star Staffing Solutions. Bradley’s primary responsibility is business development, and he works closely with the recruiting team to ensure that every client and candidate is successfully matched in an ideal, long-term fit that benefits both parties.
He also oversees all marketing aspects for the company and works with our clients to create impactful moments for the companies we serve. Bradley graduated from the University of South Florida with his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a minor in Finance. Bradley is passionate about high educational standards and aspires to become a successful businessman. Bradley is very family oriented and enjoys spending time playing golf and socializing with friends.

Wilbert (Will) is a Recruiter / People's Experience Coordinator at 5-star Staffing Solutions with years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Coaching and Mentoring, Development, teaching, Training, and more. He possesses a College Degree focused on English Language and Literature and Translation and is skilled in public speaking, customer service/sales calls, databases / Data entry, advanced spreadsheets, softphones (Avaya/Five9/Genesys, etc.), full recruiting flow, candidates onboarding process, and more. "I enjoy learning new things, gaining new skills, and becoming proficient in tasks or studies that require out-of-the-box thinking." Wilbert (Will) has worn different hats throughout his professional trajectory ranging in responsibilities and duties such as Call-center Operations Supervisor, Training, Elementary School Teacher, and Full-cycle recruiting (with knowledge about the IT Industry). He is fully bilingual (English-Spanish), and aside from recruiting, Will is a Musician (Drummer / Percussionist) with very high energy for performing and excelling in everything he does.
Jennifer Waller is the Human Resources Manager at 5-Star Staffing Solutions. As our people person, she recruits the best and the brightest talent, while making sure employees flourish in their jobs. She guides the entire employee experience, including onboarding, training, leadership development, and the daily “surprise” that makes 5-Star a great place to work.
She also oversees the internal staff, ensuring they are involved with the daily orders, placements, and overall operations. Jennifer brings over 20 years of experience in HR, Recruiting, Consulting, and Talent Acquisition experience. Before joining 5-Star Staffing, she worked with several large corporate companies as an HR Business Partner. Her love has always been to design, so she had an opportunity to step away from the busy world of Corporate HR and start her own interior design business. Jennifer earned a BS in HR Management and Organizational Development, as well as a degree in Design from the New York Institute of Art and Design. Jennifer has a teenage son that keeps her very busy. If she’s not busy working or making things beautiful, she’s relaxing on a beach, surrounded by great friends.

Cindy is a Recruitment Specialist at 5-Star Staffing Solutions who excels at creating employment campaigns, training others, and helping people to get their dream jobs by providing a friendly experience and excellent customer service in each interaction. Cindy believes that the right job is out there for every person, and she is here to help you find yours.
Her recruiting career began when Cindy worked as an Operations Supervisor, where she was the final decision maker on the selection of members for her team. She has experience in different professional fields; therefore, she can recruit for various industries. Cindy has excellent communication and organizational skills, she worked as a Quality Analyst, ESL Teacher, and Customer Service Representative. Cindy has a College Degree in Pharmaceutical-Chemistry and is fully bilingual (English-Spanish). Aside from recruiting, Cindy enjoys reading a good thriller book, going to the beach, or running marathons.
