Wilbert (Will) is a Recruiter / People's Experience Coordinator at 5-star Staffing Solutions with years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Coaching and Mentoring, Development, teaching, Training, and more. He possesses a College Degree focused on English Language and Literature and Translation and is skilled in public speaking, customer service/sales calls, databases / Data entry, advanced spreadsheets, softphones (Avaya/Five9/Genesys, etc.), full recruiting flow, candidates onboarding process, and more. "I enjoy learning new things, gaining new skills, and becoming proficient in tasks or studies that require out-of-the-box thinking."
