Victoria Henrich

Owner and President
Victoria Henrich is the owner and President of 5-Star Staffing Solutions. For over 15 years, she has served the staffing industry in a unique way - committing professional and personal time to get the job done right for her clients. The  value that Victoria is able to bring to any professional environment is  her strive for success. Not only does she strive for personal success,  but creates success in others and for others. 

Victoria was the top performer in the Jacksonville branch of Agility Staffing in the early 2000s before moving to Tampa and opening a regional office there in 2011. After a few successful years in Tampa she purchased the branch she created and rebranded it to 5-Star Staffing Solutions. Victoria believes 5-Star Staffing Solutions is a superior staffing and human resource provider because clients become partners, even friends, who can always count on superior service. Reflecting on what sets her apart, Victoria says, “When you’re in a business so dependent on others to represent you, it’s critical that you are well organized and one step ahead of any issue that may occur. Our clients can focus on other duties, as they know the staffing will get done.”

Victoria earned her undergraduate degree in psychology from George Mason University in Virginia and her Masters in Elementary Education from Nova Southeastern University. Both degrees prepared her for the ‘people’ business she’s in today.

Victoria’s personal life is just as all-encompassing and rewarding as her professional life. She is happily married and a mother of five children - four girls and one boy.  She enjoys cooking, Pilates, yoga and spending time outdoors. The most important part of her life are the people in it, her family and friends. Victoria has also completed three half-marathons and several 15K races.



James Henrich

Owner and Vice President
James Henrich is the vice president of 5-Star Staffing Solutions. For over 20 years, he has excelled as a dynamic sales and management professional primarily working in outside sales, business development, and customer service for small start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. James was recognized for exceptional sales performance and exceeding established revenue and profitability goals and was consistently ranked in the top three producers for the entire state of Florida within the highly competitive healthcare field. He was responsible for expanding his company’s geographical territory into new and untapped markets and displayed the ability to access previously unreachable clients. James’ success in outside sales and business development led to his promotion to a customer operations position, which prepared him for his role today with 5-Star Staffing Solutions. James handles many of the administrative, governmental, and legal behind-the-scenes responsibilities that are crucial to 5-Star Staffing Solutions’ success. 

After growing up in Orlando, James began his collegiate career at Florida State University and will forever be a diehard Seminoles fan. Realizing he would pursue a career in business, he transferred to the University of Central Florida, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1993. James has lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1997 and is married to his beautiful college sweetheart Victoria and is blessed with five wonderful children.



Brenna Skipper

Vice President of Business Development

Brenna has an extensive background in cybersecurity, business intelligence, accounting and finance, recruiting, and customer relations. Her background and personality allow her to bring eccentric value to her clients, candidates, and team. Brenna oversees the operations of 5-Star Staffing Solutions’ business development and recruiting team while ensuring that every client and candidate is successfully matched in an ideal, long-term fit for both sides. Brenna maintains, develops, and provides top talent as well as market intelligence to business leaders and organizations across the nation, making her an incredibly strong asset to our team. When you first meet Brenna, you will instantly see how friendly, congenial, and outgoing she is, which is why she can get along well with just about anybody. Her passion for building long-lasting friendships with her clients while providing them with the utmost care and customer service is key to her success in the staffing industry.

Brenna graduated from the University of South Florida with her Bachelor Degree of Science in Finance. She currently lives in Wesley Chapel, FL with her high school sweetheart (now husband) and two puppies. In her free time, Brenna enjoys being outdoors, visiting family, and creating new and healthy recipes with her husband.

Brenna’s motto is to “Live every day as it was your first and last day on Earth. Treat the people you meet, the situations you encounter and the opportunities you come across with absolute appreciation and kindness. You never know whose life you may change, it may even be your own.”



Meghan Tindel

Operational Support Specialist

Meghan Tindel is a class of 2019 graduate from the University of South Florida. During her college years she sat on two collegiate executive boards where she discovered her passion for human service. “Serving on  these boards allowed me  to give a voice to those who were not always heard, who wanted change, but did not know where to begin” she says. She describes herself as a servant leader, always striving to meet the needs of others. Meghan works with both clients and candidates to help both parties grow and achieve their professional goals. While she works mainly behind the scenes, Meghan finds the most integral part of her job is to build relationships with both clients and candidates that are built on trust. Her favorite aspect of the staffing industry is helping candidates find their dream job. 

Born and raised in Tampa, Florida Meghan enjoys finding new local businesses to support and attending Lightning  games. When she is not playing with her puppy Olive, she can be found  downtown enjoying an iced coffee. 


Bradley Fabretti

Bradley Fabretti is completing an internship at 5-Star Staffing Solutions. He is currently enrolled at the University of South Florida, where he is a business major with a focus in marketing. Bradley has been with the company for some time and has a great passion for recruiting, marketing, and sales. His ability to work with a team and communicate well with candidates allows him to excel within the staffing world.

Bradley enjoys spending time with his family and his favorite food is sushi! He is one of five siblings and is the only boy and appreciates the family dynamic. Bradley has a bright future ahead of him and looks to continue his career here at 5-Star Staffing Solutions after his internship is complete.
